L.O.C.U. (Lights l Organizations l Community l Unification)

   L.O.C.U. is a concept that its practiced on October 1, 2017 in Grand Cape Mount and Bomi counties, Liberia. It is first and foremost a security concept where the individual's protection and safety in the community is prioritized, by incorporating sports as a tool along with sentinel training to connect with the various communities. When you train in-line with L.O.C.U. your mindset and mentality will be challenged. We believe this is necessary if we are to materialize our vision.

   For over 70 years, the Flemister name has been synonymous with quality service, building relationships in the African, European, and American communities. F&FIG is continuing this tradition. Owned and operated by the third generation of Flemisters, the two “Flemister Brothers” Louis and Mina continue that history and tradition to serve you and our communities effectively.
