LIGHTS: Light is security and without energy a nation, county or a community will find it very difficult to develop.

ORGANIZATIONS: Organization especially a good organization will make sure that a strong structure is put in place so that the next generation can continue where the old one  stopped. That is the solid foundation we are looking for in a community.

COMMUNITY: Community (rural areas) /Communication (urban areas). A community can either make us or break us. Paying attention to what a community needs translates into development.

UNITY: Unification ensures that every single individual in a community is included in the process and no one is left behind.
